This is the second of two scheduled maintenance notifications for the Whispir platform. It is being issued to ensure our Status Page accurately reflects the upcoming maintenance activity and progress across both phases.
As previously communicated, this two-part maintenance is essential to strengthen the long-term stability, reliability, and scalability of our database infrastructure — ensuring Whispir continues to deliver the trusted performance you depend on.
To minimise downtime and reduce the risk of service disruption, the work is being conducted in two sequential phases, each involving a brief 10-minute service interruption.
Maintenance Window #1 Date: Monday, 24 November 2025 Time: 01:00 AEDT Duration: Up to 10 minutes
Maintenance Window #2 Date: Wednesday, 3 December 2025 Time: 01:00 AEDT Duration: Up to 10 minutes
What to Expect During each window, there will be a brief service interruption affecting access to the Whispir platform (Web and API) and messaging services (SMS, Email, and Voice). Outside these short periods, the platform will remain fully operational.
If you have critical workloads that rely on message delivery during this time, we recommend setting up an alternative backup service or notifying your customers in advance of the planned downtime.
We have taken extensive measures to minimise disruption and ensure a smooth transition. This upgrade forms part of our ongoing investment in future-proofing the Whispir platform to deliver a faster, more reliable, and scalable experience.
