What to Expect

During the maintenance period, there will be brief service interruptions affecting access to the Whispir platform (Web, API) and messaging services (SMS, Email, Voice). Outside of this short period, the platform will remain fully operational.

We’ve taken extensive measures to minimize any disruption and ensure service continuity. This procedure is part of our commitment to the efficient delivery of Whispir’s services.

Resolved - Services Fully Restored

We have received confirmation that the underlying issue has been resolved. All routing between carriers and network operators is now
functioning as expected, and message processing has returned to normal.

Our team will continue to closely monitor carrier performance, and should any conditions change, we will provide an immediate update.

Identified - We are currently experiencing a disruption affecting SMS delivery to multiple Australian Network Operators. This issue has been confirmed as originating at the Network Operator level and is impacting several carriers.

Our teams are actively engaged with all downstream providers and are closely monitoring the situation. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
