We’re writing to let you know about a planned maintenance activity for the Whispir platform that will help us continue delivering a reliable and high-performing experience.

Maintenance Window: 2 hours
Date: Wednesday, 27 May 2026
Time: 04:00 AM SGT
Expected Service Impact: Expect a Full outage for up to 15 minutes at the start of the window across all services.
Impacted Services: Web Portal, API, SMS Messaging, Email Messaging


We will be performing scheduled infrastructure upgrades to enhance security and reliability within the AP1 regional instance.

During the first 15 minutes of the maintenance window, all Whispir services will be unavailable. Services will be restored once core maintenance activities are complete.

Any messages scheduled during the maintenance window will be automatically delivered once the initial outage period has been concluded.
